hi, my design has a burgundi/wine red color but you printed all my designs for this order in deep brown shade. I truly not like the color because it's absolutly not representing my brand

This is definitely my fault since I didn't read through everything as well I I should have or watched the video to see that you need to wet the tape to make it sticky. I did ask in an email if it could be put on a standard tape gun for easier application and all I was given was the core size. This is my third order, and although my previous order had a darker background color compared to the proof, I've also encountered issues. One time, the ink disappeared when I wet the tape to activate the glue. This time, my tape is not writable, and I have no idea why that happened.
