After an initial order I was really impressed with how well the pins turned out so I commited to making several more of different characters. There were several that came out with what looked like jigsaw nicks. Despite it being Sunday, Customer Service responded to my email within minutes, offerred to print out replacements for all the damaged pins and shipped them out immediatlely. Ordered before and never had any quality issues so far. This time, the sticker light blue areas of the sticker are very uneven in color, there's visible stripes and fringes of lighter tones.
