Coloring is wrong :(

We absolutely LOVE sticker mule and everything we have ordered has been so great in the past. However, for this wall graphic the logo on our end is black, but when we received it, it was a muted grey color in place of the pure black. Just a bit disappointing when the quality of color is compromised for a pretty expensive graphic. Is there any way this can be avoided in the future? We would re-order them again, but only if coloring is ensured to be like the file we sent! Would love to hear a solution for any future orders of this kind.
