Above and beyond service

My charms originally came a week ago and they were amazing but I noticed I had 9 of one and 7 of the other. I wasn't sure if it was a mistake or if I just ordered a sample (horrible memory on my end). I got the email asking how I liked them. After saying how great they were I asked how many I should of got and they said I was short a couple. Before I could say anything they were making a new order to replace what I missed. (Or so I thought) They went beyond that and sent me 10 of each at no charge! Im for ever grateful for that honestly. Great charms great art great quality and of course unbeatable service. Thank you sticker mule!
