Misleading Product Proof

Based upon the keychain artwork proof (with dark mode toggled on) and the clear stickers I ordered recently, I had expected that any white included in the artwork would be rendered in the final keychain print. If I had known that it would be printed transparent like the holographic stickers, I would have requested a white layer be added so the stars surrounding the fins and my signature/handle under the mouth could be visible. The keychain print is detailed and the color match is very nice, but the transparency makes it difficult to see unless it's laid on a white background. I would order again, I would just make sure to clarify that a white layer be added before approving the print.
