Bad Batch?

I've used these exact stickers for months, multiple times over. The latest stickers that I have received (I've ordered more than a dozen) are all severely lacking. They're not sticky and the ease of putting them on is just not there anymore. Not sure if this was a bad batch, or if the production was adjusted. Just bummed...
