Quality & Service are amazing!!

I absolution love the quality of my stickers. When I reordered them I made a "goof", if you will, and when contacting them about the issue, not yet knowing it was my mistake, they had me confirm some info real quick, and quickly just made it right. I figured out shortly after that it was an issue with what I had done, and they proceeded none the less, and even helped me avoid it in the future. Oddly had another printing issue (now I'm sounding like quite the Karen) from another company that same day, and I was in a long chat where my concerns weren't heard and a combination of a misleading proof and fine print (which I still haven't located to see for myself) on their item listing aided them in simply trying to prove me wrong. At the end of THAT conversation I was offered a discount to which I declined... I don't want to do business with a company who's first objective is to ensure they avoid blame. StickerMule neither accepted or shifted blame, but rather made a solution super quick and simple after ensuring the problem even existed. Super friendly and never made me feel like the Karen i sound like I must be. A refreshing experience that built brand loyalty for me.
