Printing good, product meh

While the printing is good, the product material has changed since my first order. The plastic is weird and wrinkly. Doesn’t look as presentable. I hesitated ordering the 2nd time because I would prefer a more sustainable material. I hope you will consider the material you are using so I’m tempted to order again.
