Came damaged (this keeps happening)

I'm starting to feel a bit discouraged with Sticker Mule as I really do love how they make their stickers. The colour and durability is great, however the qualms I have are always about how I receive my orders. They almost always show up damaged, and they've lessened the amounts of extras to the point where if two or more come damaged I'm short for my orders. As a small business this is so frustrating because that means I'm losing money. They really need to change the way they package the sticker packs because I don't think the shrink wrap method is working and is the cause of a lot of the damage.
