Not What I Expected

I ordered these and I guess it was my bad that I couldn't see in the proof that the white in my artwork would end up being clear. When I messaged them to let them know.... I was messaged to use the light/dark background switch in the proof screen's upper right corner. I am glad to know of this feature now. Lesson learned. They did offer up a $10 credit, which was nice. The question below asks if I would order again....these like they came to me, no. Keychains in general...I've ordered before and they were perfect. So yes. I will just need to be more careful while "proofing" in the future.
