Can’t get the stickers off the backing

First time ordering from this company. I believe these may have been manufactured incorrectly. My clients will not be able to use these. I was going to put them in my new client gift bags and there’s no way to get the sticker off the backing unless you use a razor blade which they aren’t going to do. This defeats the purpose of using these stickers for advertising. Now I have 200 stickers I can’t use.
