Missing parts

I orders 10 key chains with 10 loops & 10 rings. ONLY received 10 key chains, 8 loops & rings on. 1 I had to install loop & ring but the worse was completely missing 1 loop & 1 ring. So I might as well only received 8 complete, 1 assembly required & 1 worthless key chain. & I can't find a way to get in contact with customer service to Complain about it.
