A bit disappointed

Three things: The colours didn't come out as vibrant as I had expected. I guess the material has plenty to do with it. Also a little on the thin side in terms of thickness. Last of all, I have to trim my stickers on each side because there's a faint grey line on either side, even though my artwork's dimensions matched up with the label? I did notice the lines in the proof image, but I presumed they were just guides and wouldn't print, but they did. Also the message I received with the proof sounded as if it was all good to go, so I proceeded (maybe I misinterpreted it). Next time - IF there's a need to order more, that is - I'll need to be more careful.
