Poor Quality Control

I have such mixed feelings about these pins :( I love that I can print my full color designs on them with shading and fine details (unlike enamel pins). They're also really cost-effective, and the customer service has always been fantastic. But I feel like the quality control is not what it used to be -- I routinely receive as much as 30% of the order damaged, misprinted, or with misaligned pin placement (where you can see the metal hanging off the side instead of centered). So far SM has been great about providing refunds or replacements, but it's such a hassle to reach out to them and wait for the replacement every time. Even the replacement orders include misaligned/misprinted pins, so I'm not sure it's possible to avoid it entirely. Unfortunately, it might be time to find another manufacturer.
