Quality Control Issues

We worked with some of the sticker mule staff - multiple employees offering multiple / inconsistent rules for transfer sticker design which we followed. After 3 sample orders (the first 2 were missing a significant piece of design), the 3rd sample order came back and looked good and matched approval. We placed a large order based on this approved design. It was messed up in multiple ways. Sticker Mule reached out to see what was off. I sent pics of the sample vs the large order. They said they would need to make one change and it would work. I asked why it was off to begin with since they were able to get the sample correct. The response didn’t really give me clarity but we proceeded. Upon receiving the large updated order multiple areas were enlarged and changed compared to the sample. I just do not understand this lack of consistency and quality control.
