Just ok

I messaged at the proofing stage to ask if the CMYK conversion from my Pantone color was coming out close to my intention (bright not muddy like can happen). I was told it liked great but they've come out.. muddy so won't use. Quality is otherwise great but shame to have been fobbed off at proofing stage.
