SM’s customer service is responsive, thorough and helpful in the ways you could hope. They’re sending replacement Stickers for the ones that were damaged in transit and even updated the design. All for free. Three Stars.

I really thought I ordered glossy but the mate finish is nice. I'm trying to figure out the hoodie thing. I'd like to order hoodies and shirts but I can't figure out how to see a preview before purchasing.
