Email verification is a paid, one-time scan of every email address in your Notify address book. It identifies addresses that can't receive mail and fixes obvious typos to help improve email deliverability. Why should I verify my email addresses? Invalid email addresses can cause bounces, which can hurt your sender reputation and increase the chance of future campaigns going to spam. We recommend verifying your address book before a large send. What does email verification remove or fix? Email verification can: Remove spam traps and inactive addresses Fix obvious domain typos, such as gmail.con → gmail.com Remove role-based and no-reply addresses, such as info@ Can I verify a specific segment? You can add subscribers from the Subscribers tab in Notify or while creating an email campaign. To add multiple subscribers, upload a CSV file containing your subscriber list. Remove a subscriber from a segment From the segment, select the three-dot menu next to the subscriber and choose Delete. This removes the subscriber from that segment only. The subscriber will remain in your Subscribers list and can still be added to other segments.

Notify supports Sticker Mule Team accounts. When the Team owner signs up for Notify, all Team members are automatically given access. A physical business address is required for Notify email campaigns to help comply with email marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM. Your business address is automatically included in the footer of each campaign you send.

·

A default domain is automatically generated and ready to use immediately with no additional setup. A custom domain lets you send emails using your own branded domain, such as name@mywebsite.com. Custom domains require DNS configuration, and each account can have up to two custom domains. If your custom domain isn't verifying, confirm that the required DNS records were added correctly. DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate, though most updates are confirmed within a few minutes to a few hours.

·

A sender profile identifies who your email campaigns are from. Each campaign needs a sender name and email address. Notify automatically creates a default @notifyapp.com email address that you can use immediately without additional setup. If you want to send from your own branded email address, you can set up a custom domain by adding the required DNS records.

·

No. Default Notify email addresses, such as name@123456.notifyapp.com, are send-only and cannot receive replies. If a recipient replies to an email sent from your default Notify address, their reply will be returned as undeliverable. If you want to receive replies from your campaigns, configure and send from a custom domain email address.

·

Go to Campaigns in Notify and select Create a campaign. Create your email and select the sender email address. Add your subscribers. You can also upload a CSV containing your subscriber list. Review your campaign, complete payment if applicable, and send. Once sent, you can monitor your campaigns and manage subscribers and segments from the Notify dashboard.

Notify is Sticker Mule’s tool for sending email and SMS campaigns to your audience. Notify includes tools to create and send campaigns, manage recipients, and view campaign analytics. It also supports Team accounts, so team members can collaborate on campaigns. For email campaigns, Resend is the default email provider. You can also connect your own SendGrid account.

·

Resend is the default email delivery provider for Notify. It handles email delivery, including deliverability and bounce tracking, behind the scenes. Resend is integrated directly into Notify, so no separate Resend account or setup is required. If you prefer to use your own email provider, you can connect a SendGrid account instead.

·

Notify currently supports Resend and SendGrid. Resend is the default email provider, while SendGrid can be connected using your own SendGrid account and API key.

·

SendGrid is an optional email provider you can connect to Notify using your own SendGrid account and API key. Resend remains the default email provider. When you connect to SendGrid: Your verified SendGrid sender addresses will appear in the From dropdown when creating a campaign. Sticker Mule does not charge for campaigns sent through SendGrid. Any SendGrid costs are billed directly through your SendGrid account. If you add new verified senders in SendGrid, you’ll need to manually sync them in Notify. You can disconnect SendGrid unless it’s being used by an active or scheduled campaign. Sender addresses being used by an active campaign cannot be deleted. If a campaign fails because of a SendGrid account or API issue, an error may be surfaced in Notify. Specific failure details are also logged internally.

If you collect customer data through Notify and use it on your own website or in your marketing, you'll likely need a privacy policy on your site. Most U.S. states and many other countries require businesses that collect personal information to publish one, and laws like CCPA and GDPR require specific disclosures. To make this easier, we've put together a privacy policy template you can customize for your business. View the privacy policy template How to use it Download the template and open it in your preferred editor. Replace the bracketed placeholders (like [Customer Name], [DATE], and [EMAIL]) with your business details. Review each section and update it to reflect how you actually collect, use, and share customer data. Remove anything that doesn't apply to you. Publish the finished policy on your website. A few important notes This template is a starting point, not a finished document. You'll need to tailor it to your business. This isn't legal advice. We recommend having an attorney review your privacy policy before you publish it, especially if you sell internationally or in states like California, Colorado, or Virginia. Keep your privacy policy up to date as your practices and applicable laws change. For more on how Sticker Mule handles data we collect through Notify, see our Privacy Policy.

A compliance text is a short, required message that is automatically sent before your first SMS campaign message in Notify. It helps ensure your SMS campaigns follow U.S. carrier regulations and messaging laws. The compliance text informs subscribers that they're receiving alerts and explains important details such as: Message frequency may vary Message and data rates may apply How to get help (reply HELP) How to unsubscribe (reply STOP) For example: Compliance message: "Notify: Welcome to our alerts! Msg freq. may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." Your campaign message follows immediately after: "Hi Jane! Use code SAVE20 for 20% off your next order at our store. Shop here: [Link]" Subscribers do not need to reply or confirm anything for your campaign message to be delivered. The compliance text is informational and does not delay your campaign. There is no additional cost for the compliance text. It's included automatically as part of your campaign.

·

Replies depend on which email address you're sending from. If you're using the default Notify email address (the auto-generated one we provide), replies aren't supported. These addresses are send-only, so if a recipient replies, they'll receive an undeliverable message. This is expected behavior and doesn't affect email delivery or reputation. If you want to receive replies, you'll need to send from a custom domain email address (like hello@yourbrand.com), which can handle incoming messages.
