These bubble mailers were well packaged. They were blank, I did not customize them. They are larger than I thought - I measured them at 8.5" x 10.5". This did not throw off my postage costs which I am grateful for.

I had ordered a box of these bubblers and unfortunately they were defective and came undone easily. BUT I contacted customer service and corrected the issue immediately. They realized they had not pressed the seal long enough, expressed me a new box and the bubblers were PERFECT! THANKS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! That is very important to me.
