Beautiful Quality but not cut through

I love the Quality of these sheets and have bought since with no issues. This was my first sticker sheet ordering and the vinyl was not cut all the way through, I have to lift the vinyl and pop the sticker out with a bit of force. then place the vinyl background back down. I have ordered since with 0 issues but this one time was not the best
