The service was 5 star, coaster 3... Plan your file correctly!

I had a ghosted pattern in the background of my coaster. The ink really saturates in these paper coasters. Make sure when you design your file, if you have anything ghosted, you need to lighten it probably 10% more. My order came in and I couldn't see the background, I mentioned it to them and they immediately adjusted the file for me and are reprinting. I have ordered a few different products from them and this is the first issue I had and it really wasn't their fault. It was a file prep issue. Their service alone is impeccable. I would never go anywhere else. Ps. The hot sauce Kicks @ss!
