Good Hoodie, Not so good print

This is my first hoodie order and I was thinking it would be the same quality print as the all sticker mule t-shirts i've purchased in the past. The t-shirts are a direct print and almost feel screen printed. The hoodie i received, the graphic was printed on a plastic film and it feel like a plastic grocery bag. this is a big let down. i would not give this to a client. to add, I used the same exact art file as i used for the t-shirts and the hoodie graphic print color was way off, muddy and muted. Not a fan of the hoodies.
