Caution

I highly recommend avoiding a full color background. We had 2 re-prints because of alignment issues with the color text on the black background. There were also what appeared to be manufacturing damage to 15-20% of the initial and 2nd run of pouches which resulted in diagonal "slices" across the front of the pouches. Further another 0-5% of the pouches were un-useable because they had already been sealed shut, presumably again from their manufacturing process. We haven't used the final re-print pouches yet but they seem to have resolved the manufacturing damage issues, the alignment is significantly better but there is still a white band (0-5mm) across the top of the pouches on the back in stark contrast what was supposed to be all black. Their QA/QC seems to be non-existent prior to packaging. Maybe they have robots looking at them but it wouldn't take 3-5 seconds rifling through a box to see some issues or they just have very low standards. Customer support was very prompt and "helpful". They assured me they could get it corrected but I wish I had vetoed their recommendation and just switched to a white background or pivoted to another printer all together. We love their sticker quality but the pouches have been a miss for us. Due to the delays and re-prints we kind of missed our window for our "happy new year 2026" pouches (it's now 1/29 and received the final reprint just a couple days ago). We're reformulating how/if we still use these pouches.
