product was great but late

Hello, My labels were great but I requested and paid for expedited shipping. My client needed the labels on the 28th and I received an email from UPS that they were delayed until Friday the 29th, and then another email that they would arrive before 9:00 PM. I had to track the UPS driver down and get the labels so I could get them to my client for their big event Friday night. Great service AllQuest. Poor service UPS. If this hapens often maybe StickerMule should look into FedEx. Everyone is still fine. Thanks Joe
