I've used SM before with good results.  This time not the case.  I ordered a "transfer sticker" for my brand to put on back of my vehicle.  They generously sent me an extra which is great!  But neither of them worked.  The vinyl separated and wouldn't release fully to the transfer side.  Thus, I have no sticker on my car.  Submitted for help and have yet to get a response.  They like many brands do a phenomenal job of keeping you in their AI service loop instead of the good old fashion "person" that talks to you and makes a simple decision to help fix your problem.  I'm holding out hope, time will tell.  Or I just move to another sticker company.
