Hazy print job

I ordered a sample pack of coasters for a clients new bar SEABIRD. The pack came very quick but was not pleased with the print job. The print was very hazy/fuzzy, not clean or professional looking at all. Not sure if it was the end of the day and over looked but defiantly not quality standard. This is bizarre as almost every review is very positive. I have always had great print experiences with sticker mule but this one unfortunately was not. I wish I was able to supply a photo for example.
