The image was not centered, colors are inaccurate...haven't received a response for over a week

I wrote to Stickermule and sent photos showing the image misaligned. The colors are not accurate from the image uploaded and viewed in the proof. Teeny-tiny dot-parts of the image appear to be detaching from the t-shirt. I ordered a black XL. My boss ordered a Navy blue L with the exact same image and it turned out great. The stickers with the exact same image also turned out great. I would like a response from Stickermule. Between my boss and co-worker, we have ordered at least a thousand stickers with at least 5 unique images. This is the first full color image I've uploaded.
