Stickers great; customer service not so much

Ordered some custom labels for a Charity event. Labels came out great but I reached out to Customer Service to ask for them to be shipped next day air / Saturday delivery. Original ETA was Money June 2nd which meant they would have had to ship by Friday May 30. I was willing to pay extra to have them overnighted Saturday delivery, but was told that was not an option. The quality of the labels is overshadowed by the inconvenience that was caused because I was not allowed to get & pay for expedited shipping. I will be looking for other vendors.
