Received the wrong order

I was looking forward to receiving my shipment but when I arrived I realized my packing slip was put on the wrong order and I received the wrong stickers. It took an extra two weeks to receive my correct order and sticker mule made it very difficult, asking me to confirm my reprint several times - it seemed like they did not want to fix their mistake. Also, the only reparation they would make is to reprint my order - so I do not feel they owned up to the service I paid for. I am incredibly disappointed In their customer service.
