Good product, really poor shipping

The poster I ordered turned out great. It was an item I might not normally order, but the promotional sale prompted me to try it out, and I am quite pleased with the results. The SHIPPING, however, leaves a bit to be desired. The poster was appropriately rolled and placed in a plastic sleeve and a good sturdy tube for shipping. However, the tube was larger/longer than the poster (by about 8-10 inches), and there was no padding/cushioning/paper/ANYthing to keep it still during its journey. As such, the poster obviously bashed back-and-forth lengthwise against either end of the tube during shipment, causing significant softness to each end of the poster. Even a simple piece of scrap paper crumpled and placed into the end of the tube would have prevented this. That's all. I would def. order again, as always I am thankful for Sticker Mule and the products they create for us. I would order again.
