Reduced print quality compared to past

Bought a large order of pins 2 years ago (3 different styles, 600 pins total) print quality was amazing, no issues whatsoever. Ordered 900 pins this time but print quality is noticeably compressed. Not sure if this was a digital issue or if the equipment used has lower PPI than in the past. The issue did not show up on the proof due to the proof picture and computer not having a high enough resolution to reflect the quality of the file sent over. Cant, in good conscience, use these pins as merch as they may negatively effect the perception of the brand
