Excellent Customer Service

I ordered these circle stickers for my upcoming book launch. When I opened the roll, it appeared they had shifted off track due to a crease in the backing, which caused several stickers to be damaged and a few to be missing. I contacted customer service and shared photos of the issue. Not only did they quickly resolve it, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I received replacement stickers in time for my special event. Given the tight timeline, I wasn’t confident they would arrive in time. They did, and with a couple of days to spare. Thank you for modeling exceptional customer service!
