First order - impressed

This was my first order with Stickermule.com, and I have to say on initial impressions, I'm impressed with the quality, the fast production and delivery, and the pricing. The one thing that I think needs improvement is your proofing process. You provide an onscreen proof to verify that the file you've pre-flighted LOOKS like the file sent - but provide no information about color. I believe part of ANY professional proofing system should include at least a repeat back to the customer of the color breakdowns/formulas or Pantone colors spec'd in the file - as screen color is absolutely no guarantee of the finished printed product. In my case, the finished product was pretty close - maybe a bit darker than expected - but acceptable. Overall though - nice job.
