Good quality with a solved issue

My first order came with an issue, there was a transparency that was not reviewed so it didn't printed ok. I put a claim and sticker mule where fast on solving and sending the correct stickers. My review is this, each shipment is review in person adn they even put a postcard with their names, this is my first concern. If somebody review it by hand, why was the error in the first place. Over all, I believe that service is Ok but stickers are expensive.
