Not Customer Centric AT ALL.
I have ordered from them for MANY years and I’ve spent so much money. Most recently, I ordered product labels for a company event. The day before the event I opened my labels only to find they sent me someone else’s labels. I reached out to request that they make it right because their mistake was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. They offered to replace my order “free of charge” as if I hadn’t paid for it already. I told them at the very least they should have refunded it and sent the correct labels expedited because it was THEIR MISTAKE. This was a reorder of a previously ordered product. They refused. As a business owner, I would never handle my customers that way. The labels always look good so quality isn’t the issue but they are not a company who values customers. As a business, my team has ordered more labels but they gave me the encouragement I needed to start looking for a more customer centric company.
