Glued together

I received these pins and they were all haphazardly put together. The back pins for them were askew. Customer support was less than helpful, even after providing several photos. I finally just gave up and accepted the order as it was because it wasn't worth the extra headache or effort. I should also mention that eight of them were glued together. In ways that you couldn't unglue. And support, despite being provided multiple images, said that the images were too low quality for them to view and that's off of an iPhone 16. Sometimes you just have to shrug your shoulders and say, "I guess not this product."
