I appreciate it very much that when there was an issue with the product I ordered you were prompt to fix the problem. It turned out great. I'm still critiquing the font and color of the font because I am a perfectionist and that is not your problem. I appreciate everything so thank you so much. A thought, the samples you placed in the envelope along with my order would have been great to see the sample with my own art on it, that may get you more sells in the future with clients, just a thought.
