I ordered 100 2.25inch button pins and they all turned out perfect!!!

Agh, I've had good experiences in the past, but this one was a big bummer — we ordered 500 buttons. The quality was good, until we noticed that the pin on the back was the wrong way. We were able to rotate some of the pieces, but many were lost. The back of these buttons were horrible this was my second order within a month and all of the pins are upside down from pictures and it’s just a terrible order of buttons. There should be a refund on this order. I will not order from this company again. All of the buttons are upside down

The team was helpful, friendly, and responsive. The buttons were just okay though, with several (~10%) of the buttons being faulty and unraveling. Impressed with the team, but not sure we'll order buttons from these guys again.
