I needed a vector file, to use for my vinyl cutter software, and it doesn't work properly. The image gets distorted when I size down, and my emblem and the accent over the U is not sharp...

They basically do your graphic design for free or a tiny fraction of the cost. They are so fast and understand what you want so well it only takes a few proofs and you won't believe the results.
