It's a plastic sticker, not a temporary tattoo. I have purchased many temporary tattoos online and I expected something that would be akin to a colored ink transfer. What I received is a thin plastic transparent sticker that stuck to my skin. It is glossy (as plastic is wont to be) and after 2 hours the plastic edges are already peeling up. They look great, but do not come with instructions. First time I ordered them.
