I have ordered my packaging tape from Sticker Mule consistently for the last couple of years and it has been perfect every time. However, they have now changed the quality of the tape so it is now considerably thicker with thicker string running through it. I've been buying this custom tape for a couple years now and I love it - looks great on my parcels and easy to use! My most recent order, however, seems to have a different formulation. The adhesive barely sticks, no matter what amount of water I use, and I keep having to re-stick the tape down. My boxes haven't changed, and the last bit of tape from my previous order works fine.
