Not sure if it’s my fault for sending in something with smaller text on it, but important information didn’t print on the hat when it got to me. Just be careful when sending in something with fine details. Other than that, the prints on these hats are super clean and crisp.

I want to be clear, the print quality hasn’t been adequately tested for durability, but from a purely visual perspective, they look fantastic. My issue is that the hats from Otto seem inconsistent. My first order of one hat had no crease in the middle of the seam. As in it was a flush fold with stitching on both sides of the fold. The logo is great quality. I would have given 5 stars but the hat is a tad bit too small. For the hat to fit my big mellon lol, I had to use the last snap. However, using the last snap doesn't work well, so I ordered a extension on Amazon and it is doesn't stay snapped. I guess I will have to use tape to keep it together. I will order again but not for my head.

I love Sticker Mule. I order from them all the time. I got my dad a cool hat for father's day but when it came I noticed the design was a little messed up, but it definitely didn't look like that in the proof.
