I recently ordered key chains from Sticker Mule and received them today. I was un aware the jpeg file I sent was not able to be enlarged so the text could be read easily. Sticker Mule did a excellent job making them and I will use them on my luggage and other stuff . However I will need to redesign a logo that can be easy to read for keychains when I order more.

I was surprised to open the shipment of keychains and see a product that looked very different than the proof. In all images of the keychain that I ordered, the design looks to be printed on a white background; the keychains that I received are clear acrylic with the design printed to the back of the hard plastic - making the design a little harder to make out. Keychains are coming apart and they are extremely small. I didnt expect them to be smaller than a actual key. Not what I expected at all. Pure disappointment.

I had a slight imprint issue with my keychains when I received my order. I contacted customer service and they were able to fix the issue right away and send me a new order. Customer service is excellent. The quality was excellent and I am so happy with my order. You definitely have a returning customer here always!
