Honestly every item that I have ordered from you is perfect and I love the quality, but with the keychains, quality was just not there. I was really disappointed with the product. It just seems like a very cheap quality keychain.

Ironically despite the troubles we had with the shape of this one, the design team's patience and willingness to work with me really made this one my favorite!

I love that I get exactly what I order. The only problem is the vinyl that is used peels off after using the key chain. I don’t have a lot of keys on it just my truck key the keyphobe and house key. I noticed it flakes off because it doesn’t have a resin in place to keep it from peeling off. I would say that is a design flaw that should be looked into.
