First off, generally I love and am super excited about everything Stickermule sends. I didn't realize the backing was not protected and one arrived with a chunk out of the printing that is placed onto the plastic

You guys have been perfect with stickers but these key chains are just weak. Poor image quality, a pain to unwrap, and I haven't owned them long enough but I can just tell that they won't hold up. Just make some improvements and get back at it! Good luck.
