Damage had a scratch on it

I ordered 2 poster but they shipped it to a wrong address and when I request a refund and a reprint the customer service was very condescending even though it’s completely their fault

Quality of the media and the print was good, but there was a couple of deep wrinkles. It was sent in a quality tube, so I'm assuming this happened when it was being rolled up at the factory. I was planning to frame once received, but the wrinkles are too noticeable so will likely just end up throwing it away.

I'd wanted posters of my art for a long time and these came out so well! It's crazy to be able to see my pieces on my wall like this, the paper was quite durable and feels nice. Only difficulty I ran into was the time it took to re-flatten out the poster, but once that was out of the way, I had a new art piece for my home.
