Different than usual.

Normally, the stickers I get from SM are great and very high quality. This order was different. The order came in and there was no image on the sticker, none at all. It was wrapped in clear shrink wrap, very easy for QC to see. Someone just threw it in the mailer with the other sample of stickers they always include, and a coaster. Contacted customer service, sent them a photo of them, and they immediately went to work on a replacement order. Actually, I thought for the trouble they might bump the run up a few labels, they didn't, but I got the labels within another week. The edges of these labels look like the die cut was not very sharp or that they were pulled off some backing, etc. The edges are a little rough and when I applied one as a test, it left some sticker edges raised from the object I applied it to. So much so that I went over it pretty hard with my thumb and a cloth to get the edges to lay down and still was left wondering if the label would snag or pull off prematurely. This order was not the typical high quality experience I have always gotten from SM. I wasn't even going to post a review because I consider it an one time glitch, but I keep getting emails to review this order so I went with it. I will certainly order from them again because 99% of the time it's perfect and in this case I took advantage of a sample order offer, not knowing what to expect at all.
