underwhelmed

During the approval process - i was concerned at the clarity of the logo. some bleed appeared to be there, the preview pain in too small. I was told that the print is sharper than the preview, and my request to upload a larger image was rebuffed... i was assured it would be clear. It is not. And considering my logo is a simple black and white lettering with a border that is saying something. The photo preview below in this review is much clearer than what i received, and the pain is much larger than the approval process which make no sense at all!!!!!!!!!!
