Pleasantly Surprised!

I made my order without any issues and rec'd my order as indicated. However when I opened the package I was disappointed in the size of my lettering, It was much smaller than I expected. I suspected it was done in error, however when I contacted them I learned that they measure much differently than I anticipated. I was going to chalk it up to a lesson learned. But, to my surprise, I was offered a redo with the larger lettering I wanted and at no cost to me. Completely surprised by this offer, but I accepted. I've now rec'd what I thought I would, and fortunately time was not an issue. Thanks Sticker Mule for being a stand up company!
