Not accurate proof

When I got sent the proofs, they looked great! Easily legible and super cute but then I receive my product and part of it is so hard to read because the font blended way too much with the background. Not sure if I can even use these anymore. Would have appreciated an actual person to check these and tell me about this mistake. Also each one comes with a film you have to peel and to get it off completely, you have to take the keychain off the right and then put it back on. I will have to do this for ALL of them. Also the part that connects the keychain to the actual ring is a cheap plastic that doesn’t seem very secure so I’m going to have to superglue ALL of them, if I decide to use these. There goes $100 down the drain unfortunately.
